The App is used by three types of users: Sales staff, Delivery staff, and Warehouse staff.

Account Information

• User name and login credentials
• Company and role (Sale, Delivery, Warehouse)
• User ID and device identifiers

Order & Delivery Data

• Invoice numbers and order references
• Delivery status and scan history
• Timestamps of warehouse and delivery scans

Location Data

GPS location is collected only when you scan a QR code to verify whether you are inside or outside the warehouse. We do not track your location continuously in the background.

Camera Access

The camera is used only to scan QR codes on invoices and delivery documents. No photos, videos, or images are stored or uploaded.

4. Role-Based Data Use

Sales Users

• Create and view customer orders
• Track delivery and order status

Warehouse Users

• Scan invoices to approve and release deliveries
• Must be physically inside the warehouse to scan
• Camera and GPS are required for verification

Delivery Users

• Scan invoices when picking up from the warehouse
• Scan again when delivering outside the warehouse
• Location is used to confirm pickup and delivery

5. Information Sharing

Data is shared only within your company system to allow sales, warehouse, and delivery users to complete the delivery workflow.

6. Data Security

We use secure servers, authentication, role-based access control, and encrypted connections to protect your data.

7. Data Retention

We store order, scan, and delivery records as long as required for business and legal purposes. When accounts are removed, access to the data is restricted.
