• Payments are processed weekly/bi-weekly to your registered account
• You are responsible for any applicable taxes on your earnings
• Bonuses and incentives are subject to performance metrics
• The platform reserves the right to adjust payment structures with notice

You are an independent contractor and not an employee of our platform. You have the freedom to choose when and where to work. You are responsible for your own insurance, taxes, and expenses related to delivery services.

• Cancelled orders may affect your acceptance rate and earnings
• Report any damaged or missing items immediately through the app
• Follow proper protocols for undeliverable orders
• Customer refusals must be documented with photos and notes

You are required to maintain valid insurance for your vehicle and personal liability. The platform is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or damages that occur during delivery. You indemnify the platform against any claims arising from your delivery activities.

You must not:

• Engage in fraudulent activities or misrepresentation
• Harass, threaten, or discriminate against customers or staff
• Operate under the influence of drugs or alcohol
• Share your account credentials with others
• Tamper with orders or delivery packages
• Use the platform for any illegal activities

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms, poor performance, customer complaints, or any conduct deemed harmful to our platform. You may also terminate your partnership at any time with proper notice.

We collect and process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your information as described. Customer data must be kept confidential and used only for delivery purposes.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated through the app or email. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through mediation or arbitration before pursuing legal action. The governing law shall be that of the jurisdiction where our company is registered.
